How to cite

Use the canonical URL of the article and include author, title and date.

Example (short web citation):

Paul Gardner Brook, “{Article Title},” paulgardnerbrook.com, {DD Month YYYY}, {URL} (accessed {DD Month YYYY}).

How to challenge with better data

Send corrections or data via the Contact form.

Please include:

• The article URL and the specific claim (quote or timestamp).
Primary sources only (regulator/court filings, statutes, budget papers, official datasets).
• Files or links: PDF, CSV/XLSX, or a public repo with methods.
• A brief method note: how the figure was derived, assumptions, units/definitions.
• Any conflict of interest disclosure.

Response & updates

Submissions are reviewed. If a correction is warranted, the article will be updated and an entry added to its Change log with date and note (Correction, Clarification, or Expansion).

Short quotes are fine with attribution and a link to the source page.
